Your journey begins with a thorough intake assessment to better understand your unique needs, goals, and challenges. From there, we’ll meet for 7 one-on-one sessions tailored to support growth, healing, and skill-building. Around the halfway point, we’ll complete a mid-therapy check-in to assess progress and adjust goals if needed. A final session allows us to reflect on your growth and evaluate the overall effectiveness of the process. This structured 9–10 session program may lead to recommendations for continued therapy, if appropriate. Services may be court-ordered, family-referred, or chosen personally.

This assessment explores how alcohol or other substances may be affecting your life, health, or relationships. It helps us understand your current patterns and any areas of concern so we can recommend the best next steps for support or treatment. It’s respectful, confidential, and focused on helping—not judging.
Designed specifically for teens and young adults, this assessment helps us understand if alcohol or drug use is becoming risky or harmful. It also looks at emotional, family, or peer influences that may play a role. The goal is to guide youth toward healthier choices with support that fits their life.

This assessment helps identify how you experience and express anger, and how it may be impacting your relationships, work, or health. It gives us insight into triggers and patterns, and helps shape a plan to manage emotions in more constructive ways. It's about gaining control—not losing it.

This supportive assessment is tailored for kids and teens who are struggling with frustration, outbursts, or shutting down. It helps identify what’s behind the anger and how it’s showing up at home, school, or in relationships. From there, we build skills for calming, communicating, and coping more effectively.
