Individual Sessions

Individual sessions are available, incorporating techniques such as CBT, Mindfulness, Reality Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy, along with Gestalt and Adlerian approaches. These methods help individuals process trauma, explore personal histories and family timelines, and navigate daily thoughts and their impact.

Couples/Family Sessions

Couples’ sessions focus on improving communication, rebuilding trust, and strengthening connection. Using approaches from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman-informed strategies, & CBT, couples learn to recognize patterns and create lasting change.

SYMBIS — Save Your Marriage Before It Starts

Participants may also complete the SYMBIS Assessment, taken individually and reviewed together in session to promote insight, understanding, and relational growth. It offers valuable insights for unmarried, married, or struggling couples who want to deepen communication and enhance relational health.

While its name suggests a focus on engaged couples, the SYMBIS Assessment is an insightful and practical tool for couples at any stage — whether newly married, together for years, or seeking to rebuild and strengthen their relationship.
